Jahmai: Hey, everyone. It’s Jahmai here with Charm City Property Solutions. I’m here with my new friend, Tom. We just finished wrapping up a closing, to help him get his house sold. Now, Tom, i just want to ask you a couple questions about the process. I know initially on, you asked if I could sell your house yesterday. I know I said it would vaguely depend on the title work, but I feel like we got it done in a fairly scheduled timeframe. What do you think about the overall process?
Tom: I think it was awesome. I appreciate the way you handled it. You got me to a settlement when you said you would. There was concern ’cause getting ready to go out of town and I wanted to be available and I didn’t want it to stretch out. And you managed to get that done.
Jahmai: Awesome.
Tom: You brought a great buyer to the table. So that was all good stuff.
Jahmai: Awesome. Awesome. Thanks, Tom. I appreciate it. Now, for anybody else that is going through a similar situation such as yours, would you recommend our services?
Tom: Absolutely. And one of the things that I think is a really good selling feature, so to speak, of yours is the fact that you’re responsive. Every time I sent you a text, you sent one back, and got through it.
